Colston Bassett Stilton (UP)

Since 1914 our local Stilton is still considered the best. Handmade by the fourth head cheese maker. Billy Kevan and his team using cows’ milk from local farmers, the world-renowned Stilton is velvety and smooth with a deep lingering complex flavour.


Lincolnshire Poacher (UP)

Natured for at least 14 months, this poacher has a smooth, crumbly texture with rich Herbaceuos notes.

There is a slight Pineapple flavour with a good finishing twang.


The Merry Wife (P)(V)

 Washed in cider every day for 4 weeks, this cheese has a distinctive orange rind with rich and creamy texture and flavour.


Golden Cross (UP)(V)

Coated in a layer of ash. A white mould rind develops in 4-8 weeks. This cheese has a grassy/floral flavour which becomes more complex as it matures.


Baron Bi-God Brie (UP)

Once made the cheeses are salted then left to mature for 8 weeks. Silky smooth in texture with a delicious earthy, mushroom flavour that lingers in the mouth
